Kidangoor Sree Maha Ganapathy Temple is ideally located 9 km southeast of the Ettumanoor–Pala route in Kottayam District.
The temple is just 1 km away from the Kidangoor junction of Ettumanur–Poonjar Highway and also near the south side of Kidangoor–Manarkad road.
